Come enjoy the Adirondacks year round at this peaceful place to stay. Sanctuary like backyard with complete privacy, fire pit and bbq. Only 20 minutes to Saratoga! Beautiful and private 3 bedroom home with 1 full kitchen and 1 full bath. The house has 3 queen beds and sleeps 6 comfortably. You are welcome to have up to 8 people if you would like to bring air mattresses or sleeping bags...

Upstairs is a primary bedroom with attached deck, and a guest room with attached patio. Downstairs there is a third bedroom.

Please feel free to use the BBQ and fire pit. You’ll see signs all over the neighborhood of where to buy wood. Stewart’s also carries firewood.
Only FIREWOOD in the fit pit.
Also there is additional outdoor furniture in the small shed under the stairs feel free to use it. Please do not disturb anything else in the shed.

Please be conscious of the plantings, trees, animals, moss, flowers and any other nature in the back yard, and please treat them with care. Absolutely no cutting.

There is a downstairs area of the house that is off limits, it will be locked and marked. The car port is off limits. The garage is off limits and will be locked. The shed off the back of the garage is also off limits.
