Summary: Multiple attempts to communicate with John unanswered. Day of arrival past check-in still attempting to secure entry code. Advertised as one king size bed, not present. The unit as advertised is next door to Kalispell, not what we where given. Water leaking main floor window, ceiling pot light, bathroom fan & window. Washer not operating properly, dryer door needs to be propped closed. 2nd floor kitchen area stove top broken corner fridge freezer door not closing properly left side sink faucet head spray leaking dishwasher was moldy and need to be cleansed before using. dishwasher pull handle broken. No dish towels, limited pots (poor condition) and utensils in poor condition. Coffee maker had not been emptied from last renters, yuk. loft railing branches that form spindles missing in several places. top tread of stairs carpet worn through to nailing strip to hold carpet, nails exposed, watch your feet. Walls wear and tear throughout. Carpet stained in several places. No available working internet/wifi. The location is good, supported by restaurant and dock area. WE love Priest Lake. We would return just not to this unit with John as the host. Brought forward numerous concerns and response was "water leaking, that is obviously concerning. I will get someone to look at it". Washer "the trick is to press start again when washing machine stops halfway through the load and then it works fine. Repair called scheduled August 9." Our stay was July 25 - Aug 5. Thx
