This is the perfect location for those looking to explore the salt pond via kayak or paddleboard. Multiple beaches are close by and a parking pass to South Kingstown Town Beach will be provided for guests.
The house is a ranch with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The open living area consists of a kitchen, eating area and living room. The large deck provides additional living space to enjoy the warm sun and salty air.
