Great location! Our home is close to most attractions that Mount Washington Valley offers. We are minutes away from a few ski resorts. There is also neighborhood hiking access to Mt. Stanton and a PRIVATE association BEACH located on the Saco River which is a great way to spend the hot summer days. Our home is at the end of a quiet road, so you’ll be able to relax after a long day of skiing, hiking and other fun activities. We are PET FRIENDLY!

Our open concept home was built in 2006; it features cathedral ceilings, TWO living rooms, FOUR bedrooms, THREE full baths, ample parking, an indoor gas fireplace and outdoor fire pit, and a gas grill on the deck. We have three TVs with cable, 400 Mbps internet, and Xbox in the playroom.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen. The dining table has seating for six and there is additional seating for four at the island. New linens and towels for our guest to use. The third -floor master bedroom has a New King-sized bed with private full bath and flat screen television. There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first has a Queen-sized bed. The other bedroom has two twin beds and share the 2nd full bathroom. This main level also includes the open concept family room, kitchen & dining area with access to large wrap around deck with patio furniture.
The ground level is the location of the 4th bedroom with two sets of twin-size bunk beds, the 3rd full bathroom, laundry room with full washer & dryer and the 2nd living room. This living room has a large flat screen TV (perfect for the kids). For rainy day fun, we have several family board games (Monopoly, Chess, Checkers , Bananagrams, playing cards, and a cribbage board)
