The home is just minutes away from Marketplace at Factoria, T-Mobile campus and Coal Creek Natural Area where you can enjoy a daytime hike just 5 mins drive from the home.

This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home with a 2-car garage. The entire house is 2860 sqft. Entrance door is up a set of stone staircase.
