Bedrooms
The master suite is on the main floor and overlooks the lake. It has a king-size bed, a private seating area, wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom with a large tub, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and two sinks. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms each with a queen-size bed and closets with hangers. Two of the bedrooms have views of the lake and one has a private patio accessible via a sliding door.

The master bedroom has an ensuite full-size bath. A second full bathroom is on the ground floor with a large walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. There's a half-bath off the kitchen with a washer and dryer.

Boat Dock
The house is located on a bayou of Pentwater Lake with a no-wake zone to ensure a peaceful experience. With the private dock, it’s an ideal stop for cruisers to spend some time off the water and enjoy amenities such as a washer and dryer. The deep well dock has cleats and accommodates boats with a draft of up to 4.5 feet and lengths of up to 60 feet. A public boat launch is 1.5 miles away.
