This beautiful two level waterfront home is situated on tranquil San Bernard River!
The home is ideally located for many outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, sailing, bird watching and much more. Some of the best water in Texas for wake boarding and bare-footing! Great outdoor space with over 3000 sq. ft of decking (7 decks) and 2.5 acre yard. Sit on the deck in the evening with a cool drink, enjoy the gorgeous sunset and fire pit!
This five (5) bedroom, four (4) bath home features an open living & dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and features a pool table. The house can sleep 14 people comfortably.
All bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private bath, sauna and deck. A guest bedroom with a king bed and private deck; the room shares a bath with the third bedroom which has a queen bed. The bunkroom has two full beds and two twin beds; bathroom in hallway. The bunkbeds are suitable for children ONLY. The last bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. There is also a queen blow up mattress available for use in the common area.
The home has a large breezeway downstairs to relax in the shade. The predominant southeast winds blow through ensuring pleasant weather on even the warmest of days.

FOR HOLIDAY RENTAL DAYS THERE IS A 3 or 4 NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
NO Parties/Events/Gatherings/DJs - if the number of occupants on the property exceeds the booking/rental agreement, will result in loss of security deposit and asked to leave. Property under surveillance at entrance to ensure arrival and departure times are maintained.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
We only rent to adults over 25 years old and families with a responsible and respectful attitude. No smoking, pets, fireworks or house parties. A rental contract will be emailed to booked guests to review and sign. Exceeding the maximum number of guests or breaking the house rules will result in a non-refundable eviction.
Several neighbors are full-time residents and as a result it is extremely important to be quiet and respectful. Peaches Retreat Rules (these will be spelled out in the Contract, which you will receive after booking):
The big deals:
- Check-in is after 3 PM on first day, check-out is before 11 AM on last day.
- We rent to responsible adults, families, and adult groups. The house is not to be used for graduation, prom, wedding, or fraternity/sorority activities. - NO house parties will be permitted. Our neighbors have the right to quiet enjoyment and safety, as do you!
- Peaches Retreat is on a septic system. Maximum occupancy is fourteen (14) people, and nothing but TP in the toilets!
- No pets, no smoking, no fireworks, no RV’s. Please leave the BBQ pit where it is. Please clean grill and utensils after use.
- Pricing, booking, rents, and deposits are all handled via the booking agencies. Please stay out of areas marked “Private”.
- The security deposit is $600. There is a $275.00 cleaning fee.
- Be safe! Swimming and boating are at your own risk.
When you arrive:
- Keys are in a secure lock box – you’ll receive the code prior to occupancy. Towels will be in all bathrooms. These stay in the house – please bring your own beach towels.
When you leave:
-Please leave the entire home as neat and tidy as you found it on arrival.
- Please leave your beds unmade. The maids will then know which linens need to be replaced.
- Please wash any dishes you used and replace them in the cupboards.
- Please replace the keys in the lock box, shut all windows, close and lock all doors.
- Make sure you get everything out of the fridge and freezer! And don’t forget clothes, chargers, beach towels, and shoes.
- All trash needs to be taken to the dumpster located on street.
-No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms.
-There is a $250 fee assessed for losing the front door key.
