Get away from it all and come rest in our trendy yet comfortable hideaway. Nestled in a hillside overlooking Greers Ferry Lake, our cabin offers breathtaking views with a beautifully wooded trail leading to a private, rocky beach with lake access. All the elements to make memories with your favorite people! From a couple families to couples only, we have thoughtfully crafted each space to be versatile in being a great experience for all!
Our lake front/ lake access cabin has four sleeping areas: on the main floor are two true bedrooms with king beds; then upstairs has a sleeping loft with one queen bed and 3 twins; then the basement has a bunk room off the game room with 3 twins and one full size bed. There are 3 bathrooms- one on each floor, big living/dining/kitchen combo, 2 outdoor balconies/decks and a game room with a mini ping pong table and foosball for you to enjoy! Our “Opa Gary’s Lake Trail” is a short path with a gradual decline to the private rocky beach. The pavers leading down to the path may become loose. Please go slow and carefully assist anyone that may need support.
-This home has lots of stairs and high decks- all children need to be supervised at all times. Not a suitable home for infants or young children.
-No roughhousing, climbing, hanging on, jumping off or any other unsafe actions on the exterior decks and interior loft/staircase to keep everyone safe.
-Our driveway support structure partially consists of the visible gravel and loose rocks. Please do not play or move the rocks as this could be damaging to the property and potentially injurious.
-There are pavers assisting the way down to the "Opa Gary's Lake Trail"- these may become loose- please go slow and support any persons that may need assistance.
-On the right side of the house is our large gas tank and two large circles coming out of grass- these are our water pumps- please do not play around/on/with these as it could be damaging to the property and potentially injurious.
-The driveway is steeper and curvy we recommend going slow and one car at a time. The driveway has space for 2-3 cars with a parking pad at the top.
-No parties or events that were not previously approved at the time of booking.
-We ask that the quiet hours between 10 pm through 8 am please be respected.
-No pets or other animals, if we see evidence of a furry friend, sadly, we will have to charge extra.
-No smoking inside. There is a designated smoking area on the top deck with an ashtrays if needed.
