Milan chalet boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open concept living area including a kitchen with island seating, high speed internet, gas fireplace and dedicated workspace. You will also enjoy the outdoor space area, including a fenced backyard, outdoor dining area, private playground, fire pit, hot tub and gas grill.

Indoor Living: Home is equipped with central air conditioning and heat , gas fireplace, board games, Bluetooth speaker with both Qi wireless charging and USB ports for other smart devices, flat-screen smart TV (streaming only), dedicated office/work space, and dining room.
Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and 1 additional bedroom with two Twin/Twin bunk beds
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar w/ seating and stainless-steel appliances, filtered drinking water at kitchen sink (4-Stage Reverse Osmosis Purification Technology), dishware/flatware, coffee makers, silverware, toaster, blender, waffle maker, coffee, tea, basic condiments, baking pans/sheets, and children flatware.
Outdoor Living: Spacious deck with outdoor dining table, hot tub, benches, private children playground set. Enjoy and relax in the privacy of our fenced backyard and/or prepare a great meal on the propane Weber grill.
General: We also provide free Wi-Fi (255 Mbps), exercise mat, resistance hip bands, complimentary toiletries, paper towels, trash bags, hair dryer, iron/board, washer/dryer, linens, towels, digital weight scale, beach towels and chairs, two Graco’s pack n plays (for babies and toddlers)
Parking/FAQ: Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles only. There are 2 exterior security cameras (facing driveway, entrance & backyard deck).

All guests 6 years and older must be register at least 3 days prior to arrival, with Arrowhead Lake, and pay the fee as fallow:
ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUNITY FEES UPDATED 04/06/2024: To pay to the host, through Zelle or VRBO Money Request, once the number of guests, nights of reservations, and cars to bring is confirmed.
* Temporary Membership:
In season (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend) age 6 and up: $8.50 per person, per night.
Off season: age 6 and up $2.00 per person, per night.
* Vehicle Gate Access Card Fee: $20 per vehicle.
* Administration Fee: $20 (one time fee)
* Temporary membership fees are mandatory and assessed to all rental parties.
* These fees are not based on amenities or amenities usage and must be paid prior to arrival.
Resort-like amenities for our guests include: Community lodge with a library, pool tables and a gym, 3 pools, 4 lakeside beaches, tennis courts, playgrounds, sledding hills, rentals of canoes / kayaks/ bikes/ paddleboards, fishing, and a Family Game Center.
Pools and lakeside beaches are open only from Memorial Day Weekend (End of May) through Labor Day Weekend (Early September).
Local attractions such as Camelback, Kalahari Resort, wineries, Jack Frost, and Pocono Raceway are approximately a 25-35 min drive from the Milan Chalet.

---> Guests must register with the Arrowhead Lake Community Association, no later than 4 days before arrival or entrance to the gated community with denied.
--> Cleaning service will arrive shortly after guests check out
--> No Fireworks and bonfires of any kind. No use of fire pit after midnight under any circumstances (town ordinance)
--> Must take care of furnishing and be respectful of our home and community
--> No pets, No smoking, No eating in the bedrooms, No shoes inside the home
--> Loud sounds, by either voice or instrument, which disturbs the peace is prohibited
--> Quiet hours start Sunday - Thursday at 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Friday and
Saturday
--> All vehicles must be parked in the driveway provided (up to 4 cars only)
-->Trash must not be left or stored on the exterior of the home (due to bears in the community)
--> All garbage from the kitchen and bathrooms to be disposed behind the Welcome Center (this is not included in the cleaning fee paid as part of the booking).
