Booking Requirement
* The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking.
* Reservations made on behalf of someone else are not permitted.
Amenities
* TV includes streaming apps. Please log out of your personal accounts before checkout.
* Basic cleaning supplies are provided for the duration of your stay.
* Basic toiletries are provided.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later.
Early check-in at 2:00 PM may be available subject to availability for a $35 fee. Early check-in requests must be approved by the Host.
A smart lock code will be provided in the check-in instructions for access.
Check-in instructions will be sent on the day of your arrival.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier.
Late check-out at 12:00 PM may be available subject to availability for a $35 fee.
Late check-out must be requested more than 1 hour before the 10:00 AM check-out time and approved by the Host.
Parking
* Parking is available on the side of the garage.
* Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed.
Check-Out Courtesy Duties
We kindly ask guests to help with the following before departure:
* Wash any used dishes and place them on the dish rack to dry.
* Take out trash to the outside bins.
* Leave used towels in the washer for the cleaners.
These are courtesy requests and are greatly appreciated.
Pets
* Dogs only, maximum of 2 dogs.
* Pets are not allowed on furniture.
* Pets must be crated when guests are not home.
* All pet waste must be picked up immediately, both inside and outside the property.
* Dispose of pet waste in a plastic bag and place it in the trash bin located next to the carport.
* A $5 fee per pet waste pile left uncleaned after check-out will be charged.
Guest & Visitor Rules (must be followed for the entire stay)
* Visitors are allowed from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM only.
* Maximum occupancy is 12 people total, including visitors.
Any violation of maximum occupancy rules will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund. Guests will be required to leave immediately.
Unauthorized overnight visitors are not permitted. Violations may result in early termination of the booking with no refund, removal from the property, and in extreme cases, notification of local law enforcement.
Property Restrictions
* Do not move furniture.
* Do not enter storage structures in the backyard.
Prohibited Activities
* Do not tamper with security cameras in any capacity. Violators will be required to leave immediately and the booking will be terminated with no refund.
* No smoking inside the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in outdoor trash receptacles.
* Quiet hours begin after 11:00 PM. Loud music, TV, or voices must be eliminated after this time.
Legal Notice
* This is not a residential lease.
* All stays are governed under Texas Innkeeper Laws.
* Violations of house rules or damages may constitute a criminal offense.
* Damages exceeding $500, or damages that prevent future bookings, may be considered a felony under Texas law.
