Updated home with unique layout! This home features a spacious kitchen. The dining area is located to one side of the kitchen with the living area is located on the opposite side. The living room features electric fireplace, 48-inch flat screen LCD TV and sliding doors to the deck. The dining area also offers sliding doors to the deck. Master bedroom located on the main floor features a KING BED. The second sleeping area and third bedroom are located downstairs off of the living area. The first sleeping area offers a twin daybed and the second bedroom offers two queen beds and an attached bathroom with walk in shower. The third bedroom located downstairs off of the dining area has a queen bed, full bunk bed and an attached bath with walk in shower. The jetted tub room with washer and dryer closet is located downstairs off the dining area before the third bedroom. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. No pets. Please note the fireplace on the dining area side is not available for guest use. Please note the driveway for this property is steep and not suitable for trailers. Doorbell security camera.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.
A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is twelve. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Pets not allowed.
