Stay at our serene, roomy, 3100 square feet "Red House" located on the outskirts of Brunswick, Maine, walking distance to the tidal waterfront ! Situated on a large lot, with three rear decks to enjoy outdoor time on ! Some updates have been made at this older farmhouse in order to make it more comfortable for large groups to enjoy !

The home offers Three Bedrooms, and Three full bathrooms. The main floor presents the entry way, with a washer and dryer, full bathroom, and steps away from the kitchen. The kitchen if fully equipped, with newer appliances, and plenty of counter space to prepare your meals. There's even a breakfast nook fto enjoy your morning coffee and pastry's at !! Through the kitchen, you will find the piano room, with a slider leading to the back deck, and large back yard. From there, you enter the formal Dining Room, with a large shaker table, seating 8. You'll enjoy the large living room, with plenty of seating, a cozy window seat, and a beautiful fireplace (no longer in working order, but stunning !) The edge of the Living Room offers a desk/office area for any remote work that needs to be completed ! From the Living Room, you have your choice to utilize the attached screened in porch with patio furniture, and even a dart board ! You'll enjoy expansive ocean views from most rooms in the house ! There's even an extra fridge in the garage if you need more room for your drinks/food !

The second floor showcases all three bedrooms, and two full baths. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, one has a queen size bed and two twin size beds, the third bedroom has a double size and two twin beds. There's a quiet room on the second floor to escape to, where you'll also find the sunset deck ! Plenty of room to find your own space here, and enjoy all of the beauty which surrounds you !

The home is walking distance to public boat launch for trailered boats up to 24' and Paul's marina for larger craft. There are companies in which you are able to rent kayaks from if so desired.

The home is on coveted Mere Point, in Brunswick. It's about 8 minutes away from downtown Brunswick, where you will find Bowdoin College, The Maine State Music Theatre, (amazing shows during summertime), many restaurants, a grocery store, a Natural Foods Grocery Store, and great shopping ! The Red House is also very close to the beautiful town of Harpswell, where you'll find a few different peninsulas with great hiking trails, excellent restaurants, art galleries, boat landings, and of course, amazing fresh lobsters right off the boats!
