An open floor plan and a light, bright interior greet you in the main living space of this one-level, three-bedroom home, about two miles from Bethany Beach. Start the day on your private patio with a cup of coffee to plan the day’s activities. You have access to tons of shared amenities with this home, including a shared pool, sauna, tennis court, pool table, basketball court, gym, kiddie pool, steam room, and lounge in the clubhouse. (Note that there is a $35 fee for some amenities.)
Once you’ve decided how to spend the day, whip up breakfast in the open, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space including a large breakfast bar, and all the gadgets you need. Dine together at the table set for six. Spend the day exploring on two wheels with the provided bikes, or just working on your tan at the pool.
Back home, throw something on the grill to keep it casual for dinner and play a game of corn hole in the back yard. Afterward, turn on the gas fireplace and pick out a movie to stream together on the flatscreen in the living room. Can’t agree on what to watch?
