Located in downtown SLC and only couple of minutes from the Delta Center and the Salt Palace Convention Center, as well as only 10 minutes to the airport, and 35 to 40 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, and Park City.
The main level includes two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, the kitchen and living room. The bedroom next to the living room has an ensuite 1/2 bathroom and the full bathroom is next to the other bedroom. The backyard houses the hot tub and koi pond, and the downstairs includes the pool table room, wet bar, two bedrooms and another full bathroom.
