Summary: It was an amazing hotel, although room when checked in must have been facing west and a hot afternoon made the room too hot and hard to cool down to get ready for dinner! No products around the bath area for washing! Only available in shower. Breakfast server wasn't very attentive seated in glaring sun and waited long for any service and mid service. Although this may seem complaint entry the hotel was better than the fairmont in our opinion just needed some attention to detail on some things. We would gladly return.
