The first floor is bright and open with gorgeous hardwood floors and stylish and comfortable furniture, and views outside to the serene and private yard with endless marsh and reeds beyond.
A large entry area with bench and coat hooks adjacent to a powder room. Updated kitchen with Viking gas Range and Subzero refrigerator, butcher block counters and views of the water. Dining table with seating for 8, island/bar with seating for 2, an open concept living room with working fireplace, Smart TV, built-in cabinets and accent lighting, and wall-to-wall sliders to gaze upon the endless marsh. Sliders lead to a deck with views of the yard and marsh. Private back yard surrounded by nature includes a fire pit, seating area, grill, and lighting. The back deck has a dining table for six and casual seating for six as well.
SECOND FLOOR
Upstairs to a second open concept family room with another hang out space, couch, desks, and a second Smart TV. And another spacious deck with seating - this deck has water and lighthouse views.
The second floor has two guestrooms, each with marsh views and a queen bed. They share an updated modern full bathroom. Tons of closet space, tons of natural light, and beautiful hardwood floors and stylish furnishings. Each guestroom has a desk and there are two more desks in the family room - plenty of room to work from home (if you must)!
THIRD FLOOR
Up to the third floor oasis with dual primary suites - one with marsh views and one with water views. Watch the ferries come and go from the bedroom! Tons of natural light, skylights, huge closets, and a king bed in one primary and a queen bed in the other. These two bedrooms share an en-suite newly renovated modern full bath with a massive walk-in shower, double vanity, private WC, and plenty of storage.
OUTSIDE
Out the front door (past even more seating around the front patio), and just a few steps to the private/deeded/gated entrance to Fairfield Beach. Walk a few steps down to Penfield Beach or go the other way to Lighthouse Point and Old Post Market to pick up coffee and snacks - this is a beautiful neighborhood to walk with plenty of entrances to the beach. When you return from the beach . . . rinse off in the outdoor shower!
