Welcome to our classic Newburyport apartment. This is a two-Story townhouse located in a historic brick building next to Cashman Park. This location is ideal for exploring our coastal city. Downtown Newburyport with shopping, restaurants and nightlife is a quick eight minute walk away.

This two story townhouse apartment features:

Downstairs is an open concept living room and kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig with coffee and tea). The space is on the small side (680 sq ft) with no dining room table, but there are three chairs up to the breakfast bar.

The living room has a couch, coffee table and HD TV on the wall. There's also a small desk with a chair for work/studying.

Upstairs there is a loft style master bedroom with a queen size bed. This bedroom space is open to the downstairs via the stairway. This room has two end tables by the bed with lamps and a closet with hangers for clothes. There's an iron and ironing board.

There's a second smaller bedroom with a locking door upstairs with a twin bed. This room has a closet with extra towels, sheets and blankets.

Upstairs is the three quarters bathroom with a stand up shower (no tub) with a hair dryer.

Outside the master bedroom there is a shared second story deck that overlooks the park.

Summary: We had a great time visiting. Playground is a few steps away, walking distance to restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Also enjoyed walking along the water trail. Great place to stay. We had a really fun time and wouldn't change a thing.
