What an amazing vacation rental! Newly built, this home is comfortable and loaded with old school craftmanship. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths will sleep 8 in beds.
You enter the home in the living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked and all new appliances. The dining area is in the kitchen and opens to the living room where you can enjoy the gas fireplace or watch TV. There is a half bath off the living room. Beyond the kitchen is the laundry room and a little further is the Queen bed master suite with full bath, lots of windows and has a separate outside door. The 2 car tandem garage is accessible off the laundry area.
Upstairs are 2 very nice bedrooms with views. One with a queen, one with queen bunkbeds. Both share a full bathroom.
This home is located very close to the San Juan River, with excellent fishing, floating and unbelievable scenery. You are a short walk to Yamaguchi Park and a little further of a walk you can be at the World Famous Pagosa Hot Springs. You will be 20 minutes or so from Wolf Creek Ski Basin and many unbelievable hikes, waterfalls and beautiful scenery.
This home does not allow pets.
