This newly remodeled home is a perfect vacation home for a family or small group. All bedrooms and living areas are on the ground floor with just a couple of steps to enter the home from the front door or 2 car garage that is available for you to enjoy.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other with tall ceilings and plenty of natural light from the windows with wonderful views of the San Juan Mountains. The living room has a gas fireplace and TV and plenty of space to play games or just relax. The dining area is perfectly located with windows all around. The kitchen is large and has all amenities and just a few steps from the garage. The laundry room is also located off the kitchen. There is access to the fenced back yard and the hot tub with with perfect mountain views.
Down the hall from the living room are 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, plenty of room, and closets, and a private full bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a full bathroom in the hall.
