Summary: If you are considering a Family or Friends Stay in Montauk, walking close to town but, just far enough away that it's very peaceful...book this place! Best stocked VRBO I have ever had the pleasure of booking. Plenty of comfortable beds, nice towels, linens and blankets. If you want to cook at home, the kitchen which is open to the huge living space has every pot, pan and utensil you need. The inside and outside spaces are awesome for gathering with friends. If you are concerned about steps/stairs, there are a few however, there is a bedroom upstairs off the family room with a walk in shower. Have your stairs challenged guest stay in that room...easy access to the all the amazing open space in this house. If you have Kids, the ground floor TV Room will give everyone (parents) some downtime. I could go on but, experience it for yourself.
