Just inside the west gate of the largest gated community in the U.S this home in Hot Springs Village is tucked away on a non-through street sitting on the 16th hole of the Desoto Golf course.
Sit and watch golfers from a distance on the back porch, or watch sunsets to bistro lights as you eat dinner outside and grill on the on-site barbeque grill. You don't have to be out on the porch to enjoy the view as the living room boasts a vaulted ceiling window wall, and a 65" 4K TV to catch up on shows while lounging on the sectional couch. The layout of the house allows you to still enjoy that view from the unique dining area just off the fully-stocked kitchen.
Make sure to enjoy the complimentary tea and coffee with our single serve Keurig and pods.
When its time for bed, we've got you covered with a Queen master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet. You can enjoy the 50" 4K TV from bed as well as use the spacious room to work with the workspace desk and included 28" monitor. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed with a large closet and two windows for a view to the outdoors.
Have a large party? Take advantage of the Bunk Room where there are two bunk beds with Twin beds on top and Full beds on bottom. With their robust metal structure, even adults can safely stay on the top bunks (up to 200lbs!)
For even larger parties there is a sofa bed in the Front Room that has a memory foam Queen mattress and 3 bar support (no bar in your back!) With its own room and 55" 4K TV, it makes for an ideal space for the kids to be and play with the foosball table and board games provided.
To ensure a good nights sleep, all the bedrooms have blackout pull-down shades installed. Our bathrooms come with plush towels, washcloths, and fully-stocked Dove Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner dispensers.
Have a long stay in mind? On-site washer and dryer are available as well as complimentary detergent pods.
