Summary: The basement part of the house smelled musty but it was clean. The upstairs was clean but they have a rodent problem...We were greeted by one in the living room but since we had our dogs it got out of dodge quick. When we were looking for something under the couch a lot of droppings fell out of it onto the floor. If they get that under control and the musty smell it would be a great location to stay.
