You will have the entire house. Primary bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has a full size bed. Livingroom couch folds out into a sleeper. Rooftop area is accessible year-round, wearing shoes while on the rooftop is required. Storage closet in main level, as well as storage bin in back yard are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Wireless high speed internet is provided. Shoes must not be worn anywhere inside the house.
