This amazing spacious 2 bed, 2 bath unit located on E 2nd St in Davenport, Iowa. Recently constructed industrial modern style apartment right near all the amazing amenities in downtown Davenport. This unit is nestled up to the Mississippi River on the east side of downtown with amazing in unit views and even better views from the rooftop patio the 3rd floor (no elevator access to the patio) . The unit boasts brand new fixtures, a dishwasher, and access to coin operated laundry machines ($1.50).
Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless, guests will enter through a secured door. Once you book you will receive a private entry code 24 hours prior to arrival. Once inside the building you will be provided a lockbox code for the unit key. (1 key per reservation).
There are four FREE parking spots along the side of the building that are available for guests. They do tend to fill up fairly quickly. There is plenty of FREE parking along 2nd street and Iowa street very close to the unit. There are also a couple of pay to park garages less than 0.2 miles away as well.
Please note the rooftop patio is a shared space and requires walking up stairs in the building.
Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, of any nature you will be charged a $250 fee.
