Positive: The space, location, and price.

Negative: The kitchen had a great number of gnats and flies. I believe there were coming from the garage disposal. Once, I cover with the sink with the stoppers it was fewer. The floor needed to be mopped, due to sticky stuff on it, in the kitchen area (could explain the gnats). I also believe a home that allow pets should have leather sofas, just for allergy purposes. We sat in the kitchen chairs due to the dander and pet fur on the sofas.

Summary: Overall, the house and yard was great. My family loved it. We would rent it again.
