Spend a relaxing weekend (or longer) at a brand new property located in Sunland Estates.
This designer 2 bedroom mid-century modern home features two large decks (one fully covered in the front and one open to the sun in the back). The spacious living room and kitchen have a high vaulted ceiling with lots of windows which offer great views of the surrounding hills on all sides. The entertainment center includes WIFI and large screen TV. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with quartz countertops and slate steel appliances and the bathroom features a large walk-in shower.
The property is located on a secluded dead in street only 3 doors down from the store and 3 blocks away from the community park with access to the Columbia River.
Sunland Estates is only a few minutes from the Gorge Amphitheater concert venue, Frenchman Coulee hiking and climbing area and multiple horse trails. It's also a great location for launching wine tasting excursions to the many wineries in the area.

Summary: Communication was excellent. I brought the rental agreement with me, so all we had to do was get the door code. There were instructions for everything in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals and even lots of spices. Rental was very clean. Well located near the store and short walk to the river. The house next door is under construction, so there was a bit of noise Monday morning of our weekend stay.
