Brand new construction completed in 2019. You will feel at home the minute you walk thru the front door and see the window wall view of Lake Tawakoni from the den and dining room. Large 2-acre lot with spacious covered back deck and lots of mature oak trees. Includes propane grill and outdoor shower. Property has an over sized dock with both covered and uncovered deck space. Master suite has a spa like feel in the master bath. The two additional downstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath. Porcelain tile thru out the first floor. Kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops plus a Sonic ice maker. Upstairs you will find a game room to either relax with a good book or play a fun game of foosball.
