Relax at this beautiful and unique & tranquil getaway in a quiet residential neighborhood. Unparalleled indoor & outdoor living. Home sits back under a beautiful canopy of trees. Relax on one of the 4 exquisite porches. Enjoy the tranquility of either the King ensuite, Queen Ensuite, twin beds or Queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy golfing at the nearby semi private Houston Lake golf course. Enjoy shopping or restaurants 15 minutes away in the quaint little town of Perry which also boasts having the GA National Fairgrounds. The home is approx. 4,200 square feet on a very private lot and offers the option of making use of a state of the art swim spa. The home does involve use of steps and stairs. Guests resume sole liability for safe utilizarion by all guests of swim spa steps, stairs and proches. Securiy cameras are on the exterior of the property only. Parties are prohibited at all times. 10 people maximum occupancy on the property at all times. Must be 25 years old minimum with verified ID to book.
