Fully furnished, large (2500+ sq ft), open-concept home with breathtaking views and sunsets on coveted Catfish Lake on the exclusive Everett Peninsula along boathouse row. The property is located on a private road with very little traffic. The property features an extra large deck and large permanent pier on 100 feet of sandy beach front. Main level has 2 bedrooms, bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining, living room and fireplace. Lower level walkout with bar area, living room w/sofa sleeper, fireplace, 1 bedroom, office, full bath, and laundry room. Guest cottage available June-August with 1 bedroom and 1/2 bath. Happy to provide great recommendations for local restaurants, activities, boat or snowmobile rentals, and entertainment to keep you busy. We'll even throw in a few fishing tips from the owner who's a retired local area fisherman and fishing guide with over 50 years of experience.
