Gym is on the 2nd floor, and the Rooftop deck with Spa & Barbecue Grills with different Patio sets/Sunbathing long chairs are on the 20th floor where you get to see the amazing almost 360 degree Downtown, San Diego views from up there. A designated Parking space #131 is securely located underground. Trash Chute Room is located just right around the corner of Condo or second door to your right.
