What I love MOST are the sunsets over the lake out the front door, the sunrises off the balcony facing east, and the night sky (hardly any light pollution) you can actually see stars and constellations on clear nights.
Other interesting attractions: the Loggerhead Marine Life Center (learn about sea turtle rescue & release into the wild) 4.6 miles away, the Blowing Rocks Nature Preserve 2.3 miles away, and the Jonathan Dickinson State Park (10,000 acres) with its hiking trails 6.1 miles away in Hobe Sound.
Finally, the stretch of Jupiter Beach closest to the condo is where sea turtles nest from March to October. Peak hatching time is late July-October. If you time it right, you can go out very early in the morning and watch a swarm of hatchlings run out into the ocean.
AND we have 3 gopher tortoises who call Carlin Park home. Trail walkers see them foraging along with all kinds of shorebirds. You'll love it here, promise!
