Summary: Stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who is a student at SMU. Location is ~1 mile to campus and a very easy walk. The property was clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Lots of space for our family of 3. The property is close to several restaurants and a coffee shop. Only con: the condo is in close proximity to the DART with trains going by frequently. In addition, there is a lot of noise from the bar below the condo which stayed open until 2 AM. The noise did not bother us and we were still able to sleep without difficulty. Would definitely stay here again!
