Adirondack Lakefront Charming Log Cabin. The charming cabin has wonderful lake and mountain views on all four sides and has a postcard setting. It truly has that rustic Adirondack feel with wooden vaulted ceilings, and spectacular views that are addictive to the tranquility nature provides. It is a perfect hideaway or a couple's getaway on St. Mary's Bay A waterfront like no other in the area. It is so popular that every summer for the past 8 years we've had the same couple stay with us each summer. The cabin has a full kitchen, a full living room, and a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a view of the lake right out of your windows. Books and DVDs are provided, as well as, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board The cabin has a secluded area to relax in a sunny and shady setting including its peninsula, firepit/grill, sitting area, and swing, with great fishing, swimming, kayaking and much much more while you take in the views of the quiet 3-mile-long Glen Lake. Boats are welcome and the trailer is for $25 a day. There are single and double kayaks available and paddleboard as well.
It is ideally located, within walking distance of the famous Docksider Lounge and restaurant on the lake with inside and outside seating. You can walk or take your boat there. Also, another favorite spot The Full Moon many locals enjoy regularly and visit several times a week, to dine or for drinks and appetizers, etc. a fun place. Glen Lake Is Lake George's GREATEST HIDDEN TREASURE. Glen Lake. Less than 2 miles off Exit 20. For one it is a very peaceful lake and less populated than Lake George, it is located in a unique area close to all main attractions from high-end international shopping, outlet mall, 6 Flags Great Escape, Lake George’s Million Dollar Beach, skiing, hiking the Adirondacks, to the Saratoga Springs Race Course, horseback riding, caves, SPAC concert hall, and Saratoga casino who bring in Top Name Performers are approximately 20 minutes away or less. Also, this year (2024) the Saratoga Springs Race Course is hosting the Belmont Stakes Race and Festival!!!
