The Condo:
This is a beautiful 1200+ square foot 2 BR/2 bath ground floor condo with no steps at The Black Creek Sanctuary which is located across the street from the Mountain Creek Ski Resort. The condo has 2 queen beds, a sleep sofa, 2 reclining chairs, 2 full bathrooms, 3 LCD smart TVs, patio, full kitchen, & a gas fireplace. Your views will be of nature and the grounds. It is the perfect getaway for up to 6 guests.
Enjoy meals out on the walk out patio that you cooked on the community gas BBQ grills which are only steps away. Watch TV using our You Tube account or sign into your favorite APP like NETFLIX and enjoy the latest programs.
The master bedroom has a new (sept 2021) memory foam mattress that is sure to please and an LCD TV with Roku
The 2nd bedroom has an LCD TV with ROKU as well
The full kitchen will ensure that any family meal you cook will be a great one

The Mountain Creek Ski Resort is a 4-season resort that offers Alpine Skiing, Snow Boarding, Mountain Biking and a Water Park - all on site as well as zip-lining and a tree top experience!
The Location:
Vernon Township is located in Sussex County New Jersey, USA. It is located about 1 hour from New York City and was established on April 8, 1793. Iron mining was prevalent during the mid-to-late 19th century. Mines such as Canister Mine, Williams Mine, and the Pochuck Mine created industry which spawned local businesses, and brought rail travel to the town. Today Vernon and the immediate area is an outdoor lover’s paradise. Here you will find a landscape consisting of residential and resort communities, farmland, apple orchards, barns, horse farms, lakes, fishing, and just so much natural beauty. You will be amazed on what you will find only 1 hour outside of New York City.

Our cleaners are instructed to clean and sanitized between each guest. This includes all high touch areas like light switches and handles. We take our guests safety seriously. We offer a contactless check-in procedure featuring a lock box with keys inside and you will be provided with your own unique key code.
Misc:
Due to new cleaning procedures, we cannot offer a late check-out. However, if no guest is departing on the day you arrive, we can most likely offer an early arrival!
Out condos are equipped with noise and smoke monitoring devices.

• No candles can be lite inside the condo or community
• The bed and bed frames cannot be moved
• The furniture cannot be moved
• No extra mattresses can be brought into nor used inside the rental
• No gathering just outside the rental except for the patio or deck and even then, it's just for the # of people the unit is listed as sleeping.
