Master bedroom has private bath and 32-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV. Second bedroom has 32-INCH FLAT SCREEN LED TV. Kitchen and bathrooms have CERAMIC TILE FLOORS and the living room has beautiful HARDWOOD FLOORS AND BEAD BOARD WAINSCOTED WALLS. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, FIREPLACE, sliding glass doors to private deck, 40-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, DVD, and boom box. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat and air conditioning. Large semi-shaded 10x20 deck. Free WIFI access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. While this is a great property in a great lakeside location, it does not have a lake view. Together, all three Blue Water Drive properties will sleep a total of 18 guests! There are two parking spaces available.
Watch deer and other wildlife emerge as nightfall descends and nature begins her daily symphony of night sounds. Surrounded by trees and open fields. Walk 130 yards down to the lake and fish from the bank or launch a canoe (canoe not provided). Semi-circle driveway for easy boat parking, and only 1/8th mile from the full service marina where boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, there is a paved walking trail that goes right by the edge of the property.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.
A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2.
