The game room is a family favorite place to hang out! Play air hockey, foosball, ping pong, or one of the many family friendly board games... all with an incredible view of Lake Martin. Sit back in the large screened porch and enjoy a beautiful sunset or sunrise. If you need more space, then add the adorable Boathouse that sits on the waters edge. The views will amaze you. It has a small living space, bar with mini fridge, microwave, bedroom and bathroom, it will sleep another 2. That is a total of 10. With 330 feet of water frontage the views are amazing from almost every room in the house. We have everything to make your stay perfect. Grab the marshmallows and hangout around the new firepit. Summary: What a great trip and vacation rental. The house was great and exactly as advertised. My wife and I were with 3 adult children and spouses/significant others. One grandchild age 1 year. The fusball table and air hockey were great hits when it rained a bit on Friday. The boat ramp was superconvient for our boat. The kitchen and dining areas had everything we needed to feed the 8 adults and 1 child. We enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks. The screened in porch was the perfect location at night or early morning.
