Downstairs, you will find two bedrooms with king beds and private full bathrooms. The primary suite offers two sinks, a soaker tub, and separate shower with a walk-in closet with ample space for luggage. The guest bedroom offers custom closet space with shelves and drawers. Right off this bedroom is a bathroom, which offers multiple shower heads for a serene experience.
Upstairs, find two bedrooms and an oversized shared full bathroom with double sinks. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom offers three twin beds and a pullout twin mattress. The room also hosts a variety of games and toys for little guests. As you walk upstairs, notice the industrial custom gate to help keep little ones safe.

Guests have full access to the entire home including a wraparound deck, dock, and firepit. The driveway includes parking up to 4 vehicles in the driveway with additional parking on the street.
Fall and winter guests:
The annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st. At this time the boat will be winterized and no longer available for rent. While the water level will be lower, kayaks and canoes will still available. The lake water refill will be completed by mid-March and the boat will be available for rent by March 15.
