4 Bedroom House in Lakeland, Hot springs
Large 3200 square foot home with 147 feet of lake frontage complete with a swimming pier and covered boat dock. Large spacious rooms with two living areas, including a pool table, fireplace, modern kitchen appliances, and large washer and dryer to accommodate families. We are in the PERFECT location; Right in the middle of town close to everything; yet uniquely private.
Our home features 4 bedrooms, including two master suites with attached bathrooms. Located on the bottom floor (walk-in level) is the main living area, with pool table, wet bar, 65” flat screen TV, refrigerator, laundry room, and the larger master bedroom with a California king sized bed (brand new Nectar mattress), large bathroom with jacuzzi tub (no shower) and private outside entry with views of lake Hamilton. Upstairs features a second living area with fire place with attached outside patio, dining room to seat 10, spacious well-stocked kitchen for most baking and cooking needs, and three bedrooms. The upstairs master has a king sized posturepedic bed with on-suite bathroom with stand-up faux marble shower. The other two bedrooms have plush queen sized beds and share a common guest bathroom with shower/tub combo.
All of our linens are all brand new including pillows, duvets, fresh white sheets and towels. We provide all basic items with a generous supply of everything you should need on your stay! We do have a steep driveway- so please be cautions of this upon your arrival. There is extra parking located next door as well if you are traveling with a large group or have a boat trailer.
🐾We are pet friendly! We just ask that they are well-behaved, well groomed, house trained, and up to date on all shots with flea and tick prevention. We provide a large dog crate, so you don’t have to worry about transporting yours.
We offer high speed wireless internet. We don’t have “cable,” but all TVs are smart TVs with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu with live TV for many Channels including SEC network. We also have a DVD player with movies available to watch.
*please let us know if you will be bringing a boat ahead of time so we can make sure to accommodate you and give you additional details for boat slip! And know we have a steep driveway- I would not suggest pulling a boat down the driveway without at first walking down and assessing the layout.
*Lake Hamilton lowers 4-6 feet every year in November-March. During these times you will still have expansive views of the water which is very rare, however the dock will be inaccessible by boat.
*Note we do have a steep driveway so please be careful, especially during winter months; we will provide salt for driveway if there is a chance for frost/snow.
*Also please note the main living area with kitchen and dining is upstairs. You will have to walk up a flight of stairs to access this area. This may be a deterrent for those physically challenged.
*We have security cameras located outside of the front doors and back doors of our home, but are disabled during your stay! We do not record or monitor at all during your stay, and these cameras are strictly to monitor our home for safety during vacant times!
