Welcome to La Casa Cleveland!
Long term stays are welcome. Enjoy a comfortable stay in this updated, clean, historic town home. Centrally located just minutes away from Lake Erie Edgewater Park, Hingetown, W.25th St, Gordon Square, Downtown, Progressive Field, First Energy Stadium, The Q, Science Center and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! Minutes away from many local breweries, restaurants and bars (that are all currently offering delivery or take out). Three minute walk to Cleveland Bagel, The Harp & an eight minute walk to a trail head of the amazing Lakefront Bikeway.
Updated policies allow for at least 24 hours between bookings as well as enhanced cleaning protocols.
The space is family friendly, recently updated and well maintained. There is a small, private fenced in yard with iron table and a few chairs all are welcome to enjoy.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms: 3 beds (one queen and the other two full; all memory foam!) We also have a toddler bed, fold out bed and two air mattresses any of which can be furnished upon request.
On the first floor there is the updated kitchen which has an eco-friendly water purifier with option for cold or hot water for tea. Brand new appliances, including a gas range. There is a coffee and tea station.
Bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and plenty of bath towels.
Comfy front sitting room with television and historic slate mantel. Dinning room has a table setting for 6 along with an internal fold out leaf offering more table space if needed.
We live on the other side of the home and are here to help make sure your stay in Cleveland is awesome! There is a lock box with a key you can access for contactless entry when you arrive. If you would need anything else just let us know.
We have lived in the neighborhood for fifteen years, both before we had our family and now with two children. We absolutely love it and are happy to offer suggestions of things to do and see around the neighborhood that would best fit your interests!
Parking: There is always 24/7 ample street parking right out front available, the street parking area is directly outside of the front entrance gate.
