Second bedroom is on the main floor and has 25-inch TV. Living room has queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, tile FIREPLACE, 40-INCH FLAT SCREEN LCD TV, DVD/VCR, boom box, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors to a large private 10x35 main deck that runs the length of the condo. Both decks have an OUTSTANDING VIEW of the countryside below. Very nicely furnished throughout and the entire back wall is all glass for natural lighting and viewing. Free WIFI access provided. Gas Grill. NO SMOKING.
Only one and a half miles from Holiday Island's full service marina where pontoon, fishing, and ski boats may be rented. For the guest with exercise in mind, Leatherwood Drive is a great country street for refreshing early morning or late evening walks.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive. Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.
A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests allowed at this property, including children, is six. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. The maximum number of pets allowed is 2.
