Summary: We had to switch rooms twice. Deadbolt in first room didn’t line up. Maintenance tried to fix it but couldn’t in a timely manner. Second room was clean, VERY comfortable bed, highway noise was a minus but we were exhausted and it didn’t keep us awake. Next morning after showering the hairdryer was broken, coffee pot didn’t work. Tried to call front desk for a hairdryer and the phone didn’t work! Also, the toilet was very wobbly. The staff was polite and tried to address the issues. Nothing special about the complimentary breakfast except for a very sweet lady who personally made you Mexican scrambled eggs and they were delicious. I guess we would say it was a bitter sweet experience.
