Big screen tv with DVD player. 2 kayaks available to use while staying. paddles and life vest. Great summer getaway, James River State Park 7 miles down the river, a little store just a half a mile up the road. House has ac, fridge, a gas stove and sink. Kitchen is stocked up with plates and stuff.
