This conveniently located downtown home has two bedrooms, one and a half bath and sleeps four.
The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a wood stove, and a flat screen television with a dvd player. There is bamboo hardwood flooring throughout. At the far side of the room you will find a full kitchen stocked with all of dishes, cookware, glassware, stemware, spices, oils and everything else you'll need should you choose to dine in. The dining room table is set and just waiting for great food, friends and conversation. The lighting in each room is controlled by a programmable dimmer and you can easily change the scene to fit your needs.
Out the sliding door in the dining room you will find a covered porch with a gas grill and rocking chairs.
Down the hallway from the living area you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower and heated floor tiles. Across the hallway is the laundry room with a full sized front loading washer and dryer. There is plenty of room in here for your ski or snowboard gear and there are boot dryers to get everything warmed up for the next day. There is also a gate around the wood stove that makes an excellent drying rack. This house is outfitted with a central vacuum unit and that and all of the accessories for it are in the laundry room closet.
At the end of the hallway are the two bedrooms, both with queen size beds. The master bedroom has custom cedar lined closets and a private half bath also with heated floor tiles.
There is also an apartment above a two car garage on the property. Guests share the courtyard between the buildings. No common walls.
