Planning on fun activities or to enjoy family and friends in Downtown Durham and Bull's game, less than half of a mile. There is a large front porch with seating (cushions are indoor and you could take outside). House is secure with security systems. On the exterior of the house, there are cameras that are extremely bright and capture any and all traffic. Front driveway and side back yard cameras on site. No cameras are inside.
