This floating paradise sits on the front dock overlooking breathtaking views of Lake Pend Oreille and the surrounding mountains. Experience all North Idaho has to offer with Farragut State Park within 1 mile that offers hiking trails, disc golf, lakefront beach area, biking, children activities and more! Silverwood Theme Park is 12 miles away with over 70 rides to choose from. Lake attractions include boat rental, fishing charters, swimming in clear mountain water, and the convenience of the boat launch within site, if you choose to bring your own boat. Relax on the front floating dock with everything you need to feel at home with lounge chairs, dining table, and a propane grill to cook your lunch or dinner with a view. The main floor offers a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and an open concept living and dining area with unmatched views of the water. Upstairs you will find spacious master suite with views of the water and mountains right from the king sized bed along with a half bath and balcony overlooking it all. Summary: This property is a wonderful place to bring your family for a lake get away. It’s comfortable, and being able to swim right from the house is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with all you need! We will definitely be back!
