Summary: I like this hotel a lot. It's convenient, cozy and warm. Right near great shopping (restaurants and retail). The water pressure is good, and the staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable. But, two things were challenging on this trip. 1) Housekeeping skipped the room on TWO days of this trip. I was leaving the room late, but asked the front desk to alert housekeeping and spoke to a housekeeper in the hall on our floor about our room. They still missed it. 2) There's a QR code that was in the room on day 1 to leave a tip for the cleaning staff. When our room was cleaned on the day before we left, housekeeping removed the QR code. (I've seen this happen before) - it's annoying. The front desk didn't have a replacement. (I still tipped, but it was more challenging).
