Positive: Location in downtown which is walkable to the square and the small lake Comfortable, clean, nice balance of maintaining historical elements and updating facilities Coffee machine in the room with decaf Good TV Roku instructions Grab and Go breakfast Good value, we would stay here again.

Negative: It took quite awhile for the water to become hot - I felt like I was wasting water. More decaf coffee in the room is needed. The morning coffee was not hot and there was no decaf. Adding fruit to the fig bars and honey buns at breakfast would be appreciated. More towel bars are needed in the bathroom.
