Summary: Room maintenance has been neglected. Cabinet drawers sliders were broken and inoperable, carpet wrinkled and stretched, light bulb over the desk was burned out, bathroom towel rack loosely hanging on wall, sink had missing stopper, toilet seat loose and if that was not enough I found a pair of pants from a previous occupant under the bed.
