The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, along with a prime location near the Historic District, Oaklawn Racing Resort & Casino and a multitude of hike/bike trails. NOTES:
- The lake is drawn down 3-5 feet from November to early March, rendering the boat slip (and most marinas) unusable.
- 2 dogs allowed with paid pet fee ($100). No pets on furniture.
-All bedrooms and 1 bath on upper level - that is the walk-in level from the front door. Downstairs has living room, kitchen and 2nd bathroom with french doors to the back yard and lake. Sofa couch in living room is a queen bed.
