2 Bedroom House in Rio Verde
A few years ago we actually rented this house, and loved it.
When we came back couple years later it was on the market. We had
“Bonded” and luckily we were able to purchase it.
It is a great cozy home, easy to keep clean, yet set up to enjoy with visiting friends and family.
The great thing about Rio Verde is the variety of things to do.
From a wonderful art program, and art group, to country dancing, exercise groups, tap, swimming and water exercise, bridge, tennis and bocco ball this spot has it all.
You will never get tired of being in Rio Verde.
Randy loves it for the golf, but also because he can hop on his mountain bike and take off for McDowell Mountain Park, adjacent to Rio Verde, and enjoy an easy or challenging ride. Our friends ride road bikes, and there is a road bike group.
Are a whole group to ride with and a bike lane just outside the entrance to
Rio that will take you to Fountain Hills for coffee.
Horseback riding, less than a mile away, lots of classes, bridge, country swing,
You name it.
This is not an 80's sprawling McMansion...!! It is a modest home just steps from the golf course, offers two full bedrooms, one king, one queen bed + a fold out couch for the grandkids. Great cooks kitchen, with everything you need to make a meal, (but why would you with two clubhouses, Fountain Hills and Scottsdale just a quick drive away?)
There is a full size washer and dryer, eat in kitchen and full seperate dining room. We JUST furnished it and it is really nice spot to relax.
